Description

Touchwood Agency Tribal Council (TATC) requires an energetic, motivated Registered Nurse in the Health Care Department. The mandate of the Home and Community Care program is to provide the provision of treatment, and rehabilitative health services for TATC membership living in the community. The objectives are to assist people living with chronic and acute illnesses in maintaining optimum health, well-being and independence in their homes. TATCs goal is to promote and maintain individual health and independence. TATC requires a Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document all nursing care provided for patients in accordance with our policies and the Saskatchewan First Nation Home and Community Care Standards.
