The Receptionist is responsible for providing reception and clerical duties for the Prevention and Early Detection Department programs. This position ensures the collection, documentation and distribution of information is completed with accuracy and confidentiality. This position reports to the Manager, Early Detection.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Grade 12
Office Education/Secretarial Certificate plus completion of a
Medical Terminology course; OR
Medical Office Assistant Certificate; OR
If no such applicant found, applicant with Office
Education/Secretarial Certificate required to complete an approved
Medical Terminology course, at their expense, through an approved
educational institute within two (2) years of commencing the job.
