Were looking for an HR Consultant to join our Talent Development team. This is a unique position where you will have the opportunity to improve organizational efficiency, effectiveness and overall performance through enhancing employee engagement and cultivating a positive work culture.

This position is responsible for designing, managing, and facilitating initiatives and interventions that enhance organizational effectiveness. In this role you will also have the ability to facilitate training programs, prepare and deliver effective presentations, and oversee key organizational development programs.  We are looking for someone with strong knowledge of Human Resource functions and how they interconnect.  If you have a passion for talent development and enjoy working in the following programs wed love to hear from you.

Typically, these skills are gained through a four-year degree in a relevant field of study, such as business, Certificate or diploma in adult education and five years of experience in instructional design or human resources.
