SeedMaster is currently seeking an innovative, results oriented Maintenance Supervisor

What will you be working on?

This role leads a staff that is responsible for performing general equipment, building, and property maintenance in a manufacturing setting.  You are responsible for keeping buildings in a clean and orderly condition as required.

Job Duties:
- Comply with OHS standards and practices
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of all equipment and machinery
- Perform regular property inspections of the units, common areas, building exteriors, and yard
- Keep records space conditions including roof, HVAC and utilities
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of factory equipment, structures and grounds
- Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
- Ensure 24/7 availability of emergency services.
- Maintain heating and air conditioning systems, boilers, pumps, fan units, control panels, thermostats, etc.
- Maintain fire alarms and extinguishers
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
- Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment
- Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those
- Maintain inventory of equipment, manuals and warranties

If you have 3 year of experience operating and maintaining a building along with aptitudes for electrical or millright training that is an asset.
