In this role, you will:
-Lead a team of professionals to ensure safe and efficient maintenance activities
-Maintain appropriate budget and workforce levels to ensure work is planned, scheduled and coordinated to deliver services as effectively as possible
-Provide departmental and site direction
-Foster a culture of operational excellence and uphold Camecos values
-Provide coaching, mentoring and guidance to lead a high performing team
-Assist with the development of medium-term department strategies
-Occasionally act as a site senior, attending daily and weekly meetings
Required:
-Journeyperson trade or engineering technology diploma
-A minimum of 10 years of progressive work experience in heavy industry
-Equivalent combination of education and work experience considered
-Experience supervising front-line staff
-Proficient computer skills
-Work a rotational schedule and commute to site by aircraft
Recommended:
-SAP or maintenance management system experience
