Victoria East Medical Clinic is hiring a part-time receptionist for a busy health care facility. Hours are  evenings 4:30pm - 9:00 p.m. and weekends/holidays 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Currently looking for an individual to work 1-2 shifts a week. Looking for a mature individual with good interpersonal skills who is able to work both independently and as part of a team. A professional attitude is essential. Prior experience, familiarity with HIPA and knowledge of Accuro are advantages. Must show proof of recent (within 6 months) criminal record check.
Tasks include patient scheduling, registration, escorting patients to exam rooms and clerical duties such as faxing/photocopying, electronic filing and telephone management.
