Specific Skills:
Supervise, and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff.
Estimate and order ingredients and other kitchen supplies needed.
Establish work schedules and procedures for kitchen staff.
Maintain records of stock, sales and possible food wastage.
Supervise food order summaries according to customers order, before serving.
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
May train new hires as kitchen helpers.
Ensure proper sanitation and food safety standards is followed.
May determine related food and labour expense.
May handle customer complaints in the absence of server supervisors.
Resolve customer complaints according to the company policy.
