Responsibilities: The Administrative Coordinator is part of the Kindred Spirit team and is able to identify opportunities and solutions to improve the administrative efficiency of the YWCA Prince Albert Kindred Spirit Program in a confidential, professional environment. Liaise between Kindred Spirit Manager/Supervisor, Finance, Human Resources and the CEO to ensure information is relayed in a smooth, accurate and timely manner.
Qualifications:
Experience is human services, supported housing, or with persons with disabilities/addictions;
Knowledge and understanding of Indigenous culture;
Drivers license; Vehicle;
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Computer skills;
Must pass Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check;
Ability to work independently;
Excellent time management skills;
Computer and office administration duties;
Remuneration: $56, 244 Annually

Basic Duties:
Demonstrate leadership in all areas, including confidentiality, positive work environment, conflict resolution and upholding policies;
Maintain written and computerized records, compile records, and complete other program documents (including case notes, statistics, letters, etc.);
Be available for on call schedule;
Uphold and maintain policies and procedures for Kindred Spirit;
Daily coordination with Supervisor and liaison for information sharing with staff members;
Other duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary by management, to ensure the effective operation of Kindred Spirit;
