Duties and Responsibilities: Your roles and responsibilities will be as follows:
Supervise, Coordinate, and schedule the activities of staff members who prepare, Portion, and serve food.
Establish, Monitor, and coordinate work schedule.
Monitor and supervise the workplace cleaning and sanitary conditions.
Effective Management of orders received through online portals such as Wayback Burgers, SKIP the Dishes, Door Dash, etc.
Ensure that safety regulations are followed and monitor staff performance.
Plan out menu offerings and estimate food and labor costs. Estimate and order ingredients and supplies. Restock and manage items to ensure a sufficient supply throughout the shift.
Ensure food and service meet quality standards.
Accurately take customers orders and instruct for preparations according to Wayback Burgers formula and standards. Respond to customer questions or complaints, if any.
Other duties, as required.
With this, the candidate must work with a positive attitude, be a coachable player, be responsible and reliable, and always maintain a professional appearance in the store.
