Key Responsibilities:
prepare, pre-cook and/or cook food products as directed;
clean kitchen equipment after use according to health and safety policies and procedures;
label, date, store and rotate food and beverage products in appropriate storage area;
assist with maintaining proper inventory controls and ordering systems;
perform other duties as assigned or directed.

Requirement:
Minimum of secondary school diploma education;
1-2 years of cook experience in Chinese food will be required, previous restaurant or food service experience is an asset;
Good communication skills and a good understanding of the English language, ability to speak Chinese will be an asset;
Must be eager to train and work in various areas of the kitchen;
Must be available to work in shifts as assigned;
