Description

Must be available a minimum of 15 hours up to a maximum of 37.5. All clinic sites. Daytime, evening, and weekend work is required.
    
Duties:

To assess and plan patients programs and provide treatment as required.

To educate patients/members re: prevention of injury and disease management.

To document all patient assessments, treatments, progress and discharge notes.

To maintain and develop co-operative liaison with physicians and other members of the health team.    

QUALIFICATIONS:    
    
B. Sc. or M.P.T. in Physiotherapy.
Experience in manual therapy and outpatient services preferred.
S.C.P.T. registration required.
C.P.A. membership recommended.
Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills and applications.
Must have knowledge of and compatibility with the philosophy of CHSA.
Must be bondable.
