Express Employment is currently looking for a Admin Assistant/Reception with a top client of ours.
Job Duties Include:
Manage and maintain boardrooms and reception area; organize and restock supplies.
Sort, stamp, and distribute all incoming mail; prepare outgoing mail and courier packages.
Schedule and confirm appointments, coordinate travel arrangements for advisors.
Assist advisors with appointment preparation.
Administer office boardroom calendars.
Answer and forward all incoming calls to the proper contact.
Always maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Required Skills & Experience:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ year of professional work experience.
Excellent computer and typing skills.
