The Peer Support Worker will work as a part of the service team in our Integrated Youth Hub; a highly collaborative partnership between many agencies and organizations. This position is part of a service delivery team in our Integrated Youth Services Hub-- a highly collaborative partnership between agencies and organizations. The Youth Hub is intended to be a one-stop shop to quickly connect youth with the right services, in the right place and time, emphasizing developing a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach and focusing on early interventions.

The Peer Support Worker relates to and engages with participants of the organization from a peer perspective and provides emotional and social support, co-facilitates courses, links individuals with Youth Hub and community resources. Peer support is offered as part of a menu of options within the organization and the Youth Hub itself but will work as a part of a team.
