We are looking for an experienced retail supervisor who has experience managing retail/sales teams, great problem-solving and people skills.

As the MSR Supervisor, your role is to support our bank tellers otherwise known as the Frontline. Under direction of the Member Service Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the daily and fast-evolving activities of the Member Service Reps (MSRs). You will handle scheduling, manage breaks, and ensure the MSRs are meeting their sales and service targets. Your greatest motivation will be the overall success of the team.

The individual we are seeking should be local or within a reasonable commute to Weyburn, SK.

Your SPARK:
- Post-secondary education. Grade 12 or equivalent may be considered.
- 5+ years of proven experience in a sales or service environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience managing conflict and supervising dynamic teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) and quick decision-making ability.
- Knowledge of banking or financial services is an asset but not necessary
