Learning and Development Manager-Waldheim
40 hours per week.

Job Specifications:
Experience: 1-2 years of previous experience in a similar position
Education: College Diploma
DSW or BA with focus on Social Services  any education and experience designing and developing education curriculum and materials considered an asset.
Saskatchewan Drivers License-Saskatchewan Novice 2 and above
Satisfactory Drivers Abstract
Satisfactory Criminal Record and vulnerable sector search

Skills or Required Training:
Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal and presentation skills, and time management skills.
Must be able to exercise initiative and display independence and judgment in performance of duties.
Knowledge of the principles, methods and techniques used in the development and delivery of educational curriculum.
Familiarity with audio visual presentation equipment.
Occasional research
Problem-solving skills
