We are currently seeking a full-time Receptionist/Admin Assistant to start immediately.
Duties include:
-Greeting clients, answering telephones, receiving payments
-Arranging for couriers and mail, sorting mail and courier deliveries, sending and receiving fax and emails
-Assisting with general office duties, including data entry, filing, dictation and typing
-Ordering office supplies
Skills Required
-Reliable and team oriented person.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel
-Ability to prioritize, organize and adapt as work situation may dictate
-Attention to detail
