Description

Working under the supervision of the Housing Coordinator, the Community Outreach Worker will provide intensive stabilization services to support clients with complex needs to secure and maintain housing.  This will include providing assistance in securing housing and household furnishings, doing home visits, providing basic life skills support, providing transportation to appointments, managing food bank deliveries, making referrals to appropriate agencies, mediating with landlords, and advocating for clients.  The successful incumbent will be able to lift and carry between 30-50 lbs. as there is a significant amount of lifting involved in this position.  A Driver's License is required
