Human Resources Coordinator
Our ideal candidate is from Southern Saskatchewan and has a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business or another related field.

This position is available as full-time/ permanent or full-time/ temporary (maternity leave coverage).
Core Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process including screening candidates, conducting interviews, creating employment offers and onboarding new staff.
- Coach/ provide advice to managers regarding leadership and team member performance.
- Advise employees on questions related to benefits, payroll, safety, etc.
- Propose new ideas to continually improve employee experience and the efficiency of the HR department.
- Build internal relationships by collaborating with all departments within the dealership; this includes regular travel to all dealership locations.
Minimum Requirements:
- A strong desire to continuously learn and advance your skill set.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Capable of interacting with a wide variety of personalities.
- Enjoy collaborating in a team atmosphere.
