POSITION PURPOSE SUMMARY:
The Program Supervisor assists the Director of Resident Services in the development and supervision of the Kates Place program.  The Program Supervisor administers case management for the residents and ensures needs of residents are met.  In addition, the Program Supervisor monitors, trains, and supports the Resident Advisors.

Education/Certifications:
Completed a post-secondary University Degree in social work or equivalent education
Current Drivers license and driving abstract
CPR First Aid (C)
ASIST
Experience:
Minimum of three to five (3-5) years of prior related experience in a residential setting working with marginalized clientele.
Minimum of two (2) years of prior related experience in supervision, leadership, coaching, and motivating staff in a residential setting.                                                                                  
Experience working with youth/womens programs is preferred
Demonstrated understanding of the Behavior Based Model
Experience in a case management system
