Position Details and Qualifications:
- One full-time permanent position available
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
- Starting wage $20-$24/hour, with the opportunity for growth

- Experience working in a clinical/medical setting would be considered an asset
- The individual will possess the following qualities: good communication skills, detail-oriented, organized, positive attitude, and self-motivated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and maintaining a professional rapport with patients
- Answering the telephone and responding to basic questions
- Maintaining the Audiologist's schedule (i.e., booking, canceling, rescheduling appointments)
- Confirming appointments scheduled
- Ensuring the clinic is sanitized, clean, and welcoming for patients
- Maintaining, tidying, and ordering clinical supplies
- Registering all patient information with accuracy
- Maintaining a high level of confidentiality of patient information
- Tracking orders and following up on delays
- Processing payments for services and products
- Eagerness to learn aspects of the hearing industry (i.e., third-party funders, how to perform basic hearing aid cleaning/maintenance and handing out appropriate supplies to patients)
- Any other duties, as assigned, with a willingness to learn
