About the Role:
Reporting to the Director of Service Design, eHealth Saskatchewan is seeking a self-motivated, technically savvy, and strategic leader to join our team as the Manager of IT Service Continuity Practice. This role provides strategic planning to management within the Service Design IT Service Continuity Practice team to ensure the services they provide fit with the overall strategic direction of eHealth Saskatchewan and meet or exceed associated business requirements.

Experience & Qualifications:
5+ years of leadership experience.
Post secondary degree in business, computer science or engineering, other related equivalent, or related professional designation and certifications from an accredited institution, or years of employment experience equivalent to the above.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Knowledge of tools within M365 including SharePoint online.
Familiarity with healthcare and digital health technology trends and best practices.
Experience developing and implementing IT standards, policies, and procedures in a complex organization.
