Description

RIWC Regina Immigrant Women Centre is hiring a Program Manager for the registration and intake unit. The Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the unit is effective and meet its deliverables.

DUTIES
Strengthen relationships with community partners and networks and represent RIWC at community meetings when appropriate;
Liaise with other community support services;
Attend Settlement Committee meetings set up by funder and other agencies and provide written reports to Director;
Modify key deliverables to keep program outcomes on target;
Ensure program quality assurance through audits/surveys;  
Ensure timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and final reports and track and compile statistics;
Supervise registration and intake staff and client support assistants, including scheduling on Dayforce
Perform the duties pertain to managing the RIWC Registration office;
Oversee the Coordinators by assigning work, monitoring performance, and mentoring;
Responsible for managing the allocated budgets of the unit
Prepare reports to funders and the Executive Director as per the contract agreement;
Actively participate in new business development initiatives through contributions to new grants and proposals
Assign caseloads to the appropriate federal & provincial streams
Other duties assigned by Executive Director
QUALIFICATIONS
University Degree or equivalent, with at least 3-5 years experience as a Project Manager
Experienced in a similar role working with clients from varying populations
Valid class 5 drivers license & access to own car
Knowledge of community services, resources available, and issues affecting newcomers
Exp. developing partnerships with other SPOs and organizations
Exp. working with people with diverse backgrounds and linguistic skills
Knowledge of community resources available and issues affecting newcomers
