Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development and Product Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and leading the marketing initiatives for our breakthrough products, focusing on specialty areas such as oncology, women's health, and reproductive health.
Key Responsibilities
    Business Development:
o    Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and potential markets.
o    Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
o    Lead negotiations and close deals that align with our strategic objectives.
    Product Marketing:
o    Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and product adoption.
o    Coordinate with R&D and product teams to ensure alignment of product specifications with market needs.
o    Create compelling marketing materials and campaigns that clearly communicate the value and uniqueness of our products.
Qualifications
    Post secondary diploma in relevant field, or a Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
    Proven experience in business development and marketing, preferably in the healthcare sector.
    Strong understanding of the medical device market and regulatory environment.
    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
