DUTIES:
Reception and clerical duties;
Creation of advertising, newsletters, event booklets, posters, etc.;
Provides administrative support for committees;
Contact person for many committees, exhibitors and public;
Coordinates rentals;
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in accounting, banking and general office procedures;
Excellent public relation skills;
Excellent organizational and time management skills;
Experience in desktop publishing, simply accounting, databases and work programs;
Valid driver's license;
The applicant must be bondable and available to work some evenings and weekends when required.
