Description

Adheres to the Kinistin Saulteaux First Nation Personnel Policy as set out by the Chief and Council of the Kinistin Saulteaux First Nation. Maintain strict confidentiality at all times. Take receipt of the monthly activity calendars prepared by the Wellness Center staff, and compile the information in such a manner that can be easily ascertained to the location of Wellness staff as required. Note any changes made to the events calendar in your record shall be updated with Health Program Manager. Provide clerical support to the Community Health Nurse, visiting physician, and other staff members in the Health Center. Order non-medical supplies as necessary. Provide reception services for the health center. Process all incoming and outgoing mail. Follow safety rules and procedures as established for the Wellness Center. Participate in all in-service training sessions as required. Perform duties as requested by immediate supervisor
Minimum of Grade 12 education or combined skills and experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft or other software for compiling reports, tracking data, correspondence and skills in verbal and written communication.
