Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in administrative/office roles or a combination of post-secondary education and office experience.
Must reside in Saskatchewan.

Job Summary:
The Canadian Bar Association (CBA) is a national legal professional association with branches in every province and territory. CBA is committed to protecting the rule of law, the independence of the judiciary and the Bar, improving laws, the justice system, and access to justice.

As the Administrative Coordinator, you will report directly to the Executive Director, serving as their representative. Your primary responsibilities include being the initial point of contact for our members, handling phone calls, and managing emails. This role is fully remote, requiring a dedicated and secure workspace in your home. The position follows a Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm schedule (with some flexibility). Occasional evening work and travel may be necessary, compensated with time off in lieu.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
-Direct phone and email inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
-Respond accurately to general information requests.
-Update website content and design and distribute a bi-monthly e-newsletter.
-Maintain and ensure the accuracy of membership databases.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-Experience working with a Board of Directors is advantageous.
