Description

This position is to provide assistance to the lead cook as needed. Primary duties would be to assist with dining room responsibilities and safely handle food and then provide transportation of food to and from another site.  Duties such as, but not limited to, assisting the cook to get meals prepared on schedule, prepping the dining rooms, cleaning before and upon completion of the meal, all dishwashing duties and cleaning duties as assigned.  Physical requirements include lifting, moping, moving dishpans, laundry, standing for long periods and walking. This is a term position that may grow into full time employment.  Must have criminal record check with vulnerable sector query and work well children. Must be able to work on own once trained, have a valid drivers license and a vehicle (travel allowance paid), valid CPR and First Aid certificate and Food Safe Certification is mandatory.
