AlarmTek Smart Security, a leading provider of smart home security solutions in Western Canada, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist. With a focus on financial management and client relations, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the company's financial health and contributing to its ongoing growth. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about accounting and eager to develop their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Management: Manage the complete accounts receivable cycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting.

- Collections: Actively manage and collect outstanding receivables from customers, including making collection calls.

- Client Support: Address accounting and service-related queries from clients, enhancing their experience with AlarmTek.

- Communication: Handle incoming phone calls and emails, providing exceptional service to clients and stakeholders.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure financial operations support the companys objectives and customer needs.

Who You Are:

- You possess a Diploma in Accounting and have at least 2 years of relevant experience.

- A passion for numbers and precision, with a proven track record of maintaining accurate books and accounts reconciliation.

- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging confidently with clients and team members.

- A self-motivated learner who takes initiative in personal and professional development.
