Trig Energy Services is currently seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team, working 40 hours per week. Our operations are based in Edam, so candidates should either reside nearby or be willing to commute. Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:
Invoicing on quickbooks, and submitting invoices
General admin work including filing, data inputting, organizing, getting paperwork ready for jobs, etc.
Administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
Answers phone calls and supports visitors.
Accounts payable/receivable support
Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
