We are excited to announce we are looking for a Parts Advisor with customer service experience to join our team! We are looking for someone who is interested in the automotive field and would like to grow with our company!
Responsibilities include:
-Greeting customers and scheduling them to available mechanics
-Consulting with mechanics regarding necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive repairs and scheduling them to available mechanics
-Consulting with part suppliers and arranging fastest delivery of parts
-Preparing invoices and collecting payment or referring to accounts manager
-Keeping records of inventories
-Aiding in keeping the shop and parking lot clean and tidy
-Mopping floors and cleaning bathrooms
-Keeping record of parts ordered and scheduling in jobs accordingly
-Answering phones and emails
-Preparing quotes for vehicle repairs and providing them to the customers
Responsibilities
-Answer questions about service outcomes, schedule and book appointments, vehicle drop-off and vehicle pick-up
-Provide customers with information and advice on potential cost savings
-Manage and oversee the workflow and schedule
-Call customers to advise them about service changes or car pick-up times
-Maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business
