As the successful candidate, you will have strong leadership, organizational, financial and human resource skills.
Responsibilities:
Direct and control daily operations.
Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement policies , programs and satisfy permit requirements.
Manage staff and assign duties.
Staff scheduling.
Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, including obtaining quotes and providing recommendations.
Assist in recruiting and hiring process.
Conduct performance reviews and implement progressive discipline.
Ensure staff training and certification.
Customer Service.
Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests and complaints.
Oversee equipment maintenance and repair.
Represent operations and report to council.
Other duties as requested.
Must have management experience. Must have a valid driver's license.
Previous equipment operation and maintenance experience would be considered an asset.
