Froese Flooring began operating in 2013 as a flooring installation company. Our focus is on commercial, industrial and residential installation of luxury vinyl plank, #1 ceramic and porcelain tile, carpet, and sheet vinyl.

Job Duties:
1.    Determine the required materials and equipment by interpreting blueprints, architectural drawings and structural requirements
2.    Accurately measure and cut materials including wood, metal, and plastic to precise specifications
3.    Follow layout to construct frameworks.
4.    Fabricate floor beams and lay subflooring and carpet
5.    Execute flooring and carpet installation, moldings, and other finishing touches
6.    Safely operates power tools like saws, chisels, and planes.
7.    Repair or replace damaged or worn parts of existing structures
8.    Ensure compliance with safety regulations while executing tasks in quality and timely manner
9.    Conduct thorough quality inspections on completed work

Qualifications:
1.    High school diploma is required
2.    At least 1 years of experience as a carpenter or a similar role in construction
3.    Experience using various hand tools and equipment
4.    Physical strength and ability to carry and lift materials
5.    An apprenticeship or license in carpentry or relevant field is highly desired but not mandatory
