The Brandt Group of Companies continues to grow significantly in all lines of business and the Real Estate Development team is looking for an Executive Assistant with a strong background in administration to support our growing real estate department. If you are a natural leader, a dynamic self-starter, motivated to succeed, with an interest in real estate, this role is a great opportunity for you to join the Brandt Real Estate team.
The ideal candidate is a highly self-motivated professional, capable of managing significant workloads at times but also prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. As a valued member of Brandt's Real Estate team, the Executive Assistant will report directly to the VP of Real Estate. This role is located in Regina, Saskatchewan.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare correspondence and reporting for senior management real estate approval meetings, PowerPoint presentations, agendas.
- Coordinate communication and interfacing with external and internal guests on behalf of the VP of Real Estate, including receiving calls, responding to emails, and anticipating needs of the department.
-Strong computer research skills with the ability to work discreetly conducting real estate investigative work.
-Highly skilled analyzing information for development of department processes and procedures, defining problems and goals, formulating logical and objective conclusions, recognizing alternatives, recommending solutions. Familiarity working with a RACI Matrix would be beneficial.
