Position Overview: As a Finance Manager, you will support the Sales and Finance departments, ensuring customer satisfaction and the financial success of our dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate customers' credit applications and determine eligibility for financing
Build relationships with lenders and negotiate terms
Guide customers through the financing process
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Provide exceptional customer service
Support Sales and Finance departments with financial products and services
Communicate with banks and lenders
Perform administrative duties
Qualifications:

Experience in Sales, dealership finance, or related field preferred
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
Proven experience in financial management, ideally in the automotive industry
Strong understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
Proficiency in MS Office and financial management software
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Monday to Friday, every weekend as needed
Requirements:

Ability to commute/relocate to Langenburg, SK
Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
2 years of financial services experience (preferred)
1 year of direct sales experience (preferred)
English proficiency (required)
