Were looking for an innovative and motivated individual with a growth mindset to come on board as our Principal, Conexus Venture Capital. The Principal role is a key component of the investment team at Conexus Venture Capital, designed to identify investment opportunities, conduct due diligence on prospective investments, and help manage portfolio companies. As part of a lean high-performance team, this role will work with stakeholders both internally and externally to ensure Conexus Venture Capital is successful.

The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who has seen the sector from multiple perspectives: successfully founded and exited one or more startups, held an operating role within a tech company, worked in corporate development or finance roles in the venture capital and technology start up setting, and demonstrated an investment track record.
