S3 Group Ltd. is currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant to join our team at our offices in Swift Current, SK. This is a full-time position starting immediately.

The Executive Assistant will provide a high level of administrative and organizational services and support to the VP of Sales. In this role, you will work independently utilizing business knowledge, experience, and administrative expertise to deliver value and support.

Requirements:
    Minimum 2 - 5 years' experience in a similar role
    Ability to work independently on multiple projects concurrently
    Commitment and ability to manage multiple project deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    Excellent written and oral communication skills
    Ability to read and understand documents such as legal or technical documents
    Strong attention to detail
    Initiative in problem solving
    Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
    Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
