The Bookkeeper will be proficient with Sage, MS word and Excel,
will keep financial records and balance all accounts,
will post journal entries and reconcile accounts,
will prepare trial balance of books,
will maintain general ledgers and prepare financial statements,
will calculate and prepare cheques for payroll,taxes and all other bills,
will complete and submit tax remittance forms, workers compensation forms and other governments documents,
will write the occasional letter or report diverse foreign workers forms.
