In this role you will report to the general manager as you supervise and lead staff and store initiatives, coordinate and ensure productive operations at all hours to be the best cannabis store brand in Saskatchewan. Greet, delight and assist customers in a manner that models exemplary conduct to other staff.
Scheduling - Creating the monthly staff schedule and send to the general manager for approval. Supervise all staff and coordinate work to ensure productive operations, during all operating hours.
Hiring - Conduct hiring, training of new employees
Coach, train & develop employees including disciplinary actions and terminations
Receiving - Ensure product is received and added to menus, ideally the same day it is received, at a minimum within 24 hours.
SLGA Monthly Reporting - Submit all SLGA reports within 3 days after month end, work with SLGA on any reporting error correction required and maintain all reports on the shared drive. Complete in person SLGA store inspection with auditor.
Inventory Conduct, or oversee audits being conducted on inventory. If staff are completing inventory, spot checking and providing a report to ownership/General manager on overage/shortage and highlighting any concerning discrepancies, or trends.
Ensure all health, safety, and security regulations are followed and required standards met.

Requirements:
Flexible availability
Available to work nights, weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
All applicants must be at least 19 years of age or older.
CannSell Certification required prior to first shift. (Company paid)
Reference check
Experience:
Retail Supervisory: 1 year experience preferred.
Retail customer service: 2 years (preferred)
