Panda Tire & Auto. Locally owned for over 30 years this automotive maintenance and repair business located in the heart of downtown Moose Jaw, SK

Strong communication, sales and customer service skills are the key to success in this role, an understanding of automotive repair and maintenance processes is preferred, automotive parts knowledge an asset.

An automotive service advisor is responsible for estimating, coordinating and facilitating repair and maintenance services for customers' vehicles.

Primary duties and responsibilities of an automotive service advisor include:

Answer inquiries made by phone, text, and email.
Schedule appointments organizing time and resources.
Greet customers to discuss their service needs.
Prepare estimates for vehicle service or repair.
Sell maintenance services, repairs and tires.
Assist customers to prioritize by presenting their options.
Order and receive parts from vendors.
Coordinate workflow of technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
Maintain communication throughout the repair process.
Ensure customer satisfaction with the work performed.
Maintain service records with accurate vehicle and customer information.
Handle payment transactions and balance financial records.
Schedule an appointment for the next regular service and follow-up.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Automotive service advisors are also responsible for ordering supplies, managing inventory, and keeping up with provided training and industry trends.

Ability to communicate effectively (Ability to read, write, & speak English fluently)

Valid SK drivers license required.
