Alsport Dealership is currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Apparel Sales Associate to join our team in Regina. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their clothing, Accessories and parts needs, providing exceptional service, and contributing to the overall success of our dealership.

Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

Greet customers warmly as they enter the clothing section of our dealership.

Assist customers in selecting clothing and garments that meet their preferences and requirements.

Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.

Product Knowledge and Sales:

Develop a comprehensive understanding of our clothing and garment products, including features, materials, and sizing.

Actively promote and sell clothing and garments to customers, utilizing effective sales techniques.

Up sell and cross-sell additional products and accessories like Helmets, Goggles & Jackets to enhance the customer's shopping experience.

Customer Service:

Provide outstanding customer service at all times, addressing customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.

Assist customers with fitting and sizing, offering guidance and advice as needed.

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.

Merchandising and Visual Display:

Assist with merchandising and maintaining the clothing section, ensuring products are neatly displayed and organized.

Collaborate with the team to create attractive displays and promotions to drive sales.

Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management regarding stock replenishment needs.
