Company Overview: Mid-West Development is a leading real-estate development company dedicated to providing exceptional rental experiences for our tenants. We are currently seeking a skilled Residential Property Manager to oversee two new, exceptional apartment buildings in Saskatoon, each housing over 200 suites. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of these properties.

Position Overview: The Residential Property Manager will be responsible for the overall management and operation of two apartment buildings in Saskatoon (one that is newly completed, and one that is to be completed in the fall of 2024). This will include overseeing all aspects of property maintenance, staff supervision and tenant relations. The ideal candidate will have a business mindset with a strong background in property management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of tenant relations, including leasing, rent collection, and resolving tenant issues in a timely and professional manner.
Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained.
Manage and direct maintenance, custodial and administrative staff.  
Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue generation.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repair and maintenance work, ensuring timely completion and quality of work.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to property management activities, including lease agreements, maintenance requests, and financial transactions.

Qualifications:
Experience in residential property management, preferably overseeing large apartment buildings.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong knowledge of leasing practices and property management best practices.
