The Meadow Lake Tribal Council is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill a full-time, term position of the Post Sentence Support Coordinator. The Post Sentence Support Coordinator will provide the provision of supports at the post sentence stage and will case manage individuals to assist in the successful completion of their recommendations/healing plans included in their post sentence/Gladue reports and in meeting the terms of their sentence.
