Description

Our busy property management / real estate company is looking for an exterior maintenance contractor.

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Means of transportation: Preferred form of transportation would be a truck. Candidate would be comfortable with towing a trailer and backing the trailer up.
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking
- Must be able to physically climb a ladder, bend or crawl into awkward spaces
- Must be ok with working at limited heights
- Must be able to lift from 50 to 100 pounds at a time

- Able to work independently or in a team environment

Duties:
- Grass cutting and whipper snippering during spring/summer months
- shoveling/snow removal during fall/winter months
- eavestrough cleaning
- changing furnace filters
- moving of appliances when needed
- cleaning vacant apartment units or houses and yards when needed
- Hauling of garbage & other items
- Assisting other maintenance staff with seasonal projects and other duties as assigned

Required exterior tools and equipment provided by the company.

Hourly pay range:
$15.00 to $20.00/hr dependent on skill and work experience
