Description

This is an exciting opportunity to become a member of a dynamic team at the McClean Lake uranium processing plant. Reporting to the Regulatory Relations Supervisor, duties will include reviewing, analyzing and trending Health, Safety, Environment, and Regulatory Relations (HSE&RR) data to answer key stakeholder questions and drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities:
-Assist in the maintenance and improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS)
-Interpret data and metrics to propel continual improvement opportunities through:
  ~Creation of data trending dashboards and reports
  ~Development and improvement of visual communications efforts
  ~Delivery of training and information sessions
-Assist in the management of the non-conformance investigation, follow-up and data management process
-Maintain regulatory records, library, and manage the document control system
-Track internal actions, regulatory commitments, and obligations
-Participate and lead internal IMS audits and ensure that it is subject to management review
-Assist in the preparation of licensing and permitting applications
-Assist in the planning, coordination and active management of regulatory inspections

Skills and Qualifications:
-Post-Secondary education in a science and/or administration discipline
-Three or more years of experience in documents management, control, and data analysis
-Excellent analytics skills, including mining, evaluation, and visualization
-Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries
-Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio and SharePoint

Work Location & Schedule:
-McClean Lake
-14 day in/ 14 day out rotating schedule
-Normally an 11 hour work day, although some activity outside of normal working hours may be required
