Job Description:
Brandt Developments has a position available for a Construction Project Manager at our Regina location. Reporting to the Director of Construction and Site Services, the ideal candidate must have significant experience in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, schedule, and evaluate construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget
- Provide support to Directors or Senior Project Managers as required
- Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress against established schedules
- Responsible for quality and delivery of projects
- Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
- Supervise the activities of subcontractors and subordinate staff

Required Experience:
- The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience in building construction project management.
- Must have comprehensive knowledge of building systems included in architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and civil construction scopes.
