Description

MUST HAVE - Ministry of Corrections and Policing; Private Investigator and Security Guard Course or willing to take as a requirement of employment.
MUST HAVE - The ability to qualify for the RCMP Level Two (Secret) Security Clearance. This means being in Canada for at least five years.

The Commissionaires South Saskatchewan Division is looking for a dedicated individual to work as a full-time Site Supervisor at RCMP Depot Division.  You would be the site supervisor for all commissionaires assigned to RCMP Depot Division for regular assigned guards, mobile patrol officer as well as construction and special events assignments.  You would be responsible to manage and oversee the team through all Human Resources, coaching and scheduling needs. You may be required to work a variety of different shifts in order to maintain the quality of service expected by the Commissionaires and the RCMP.  

As the Supervisor, you must display the ability to learn extensive details in scheduling, assignments, and special events procedures that this position will be ultimately responsible to ensure they are being followed and administered properly.  It is imperative that you can showcase an understanding for safety-related procedures and are responsible to ensure a safe working environment for all staff and clients.  You should have advanced interpersonal and diplomatic skills.  In the event of an incident, you would be responsible to mitigate and/or provide direction and assistance to ensure the safety of personnel.
