The Saskatchewan Pension Plan is seeking a motivated and responsible individual to join its growing member service team in Kindersley. This is a one-year term position.
Reporting to the Member Service Officer, you will:
- Respond to inquiries on the toll-free line;
- Collect and open mail;
- Sort cheques from all correspondence, data enter cheques, cash or money order contributions and complete daily bank deposits;
- Enter, edit, and verify financial and personal data of plan members;
- Prepare correspondence using form letters for the Member Service Area;
- Data entry and verify new membership forms;
- File active and retired members personal files; and
- Prepare items for mailing.
This position requires a candidate who is a team player, thorough, conscientious and attentive to detail to ensure quality work or service.
Typically, the knowledge and abilities required for this position would be obtained through a one-year office education course and/or experience with office/administrative procedures, computer applications, arithmetic principles and various types of office equipment.
