JA Tech Inc. is a provider of specialized construction and field technical services for most equipment and apparatus which form a part of an electrical power system. Presently, we are recruiting for an Office Administrator to work in a dynamic, fast-paced office environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
o Receive, refer, and/or manage all inbound telephone calls, mail, emails, & visitors for the office
o Conduct manual & electronic filing
o Open & maintain quote & job files & spreadsheets as needed
o Assist with data entry, time collection & reconciliations
o Coordinate incoming & outgoing shipments including paperwork, tracking & verification
o Manage inventory of office supplies & order appropriately to ensure sufficient supply
o Produce purchase orders reports, spreadsheets, letters, etc.
o Provide administrative support to various staff members
o Other duties as required
Skills and Qualifications
o Diploma in an applicable field is required, experience will be considered in lieu of formal education
o 3-5 years experience in an office setting
o Experience in SAGE 100 or SAGE 300 is an asset
o Strong communication & organizational skills
o Proficient in Microsoft Office, type speed 50 wpm minimum
o Analytical with a strong attention to detail
o Ability to build relationships with all staff, contractors & clients
o Self-starter with demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, set priorities & meet deadlines without supervision
o Criminal record check & pre-access alcohol & drug testing required
o Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
Compensation Package
Wage is dependent on experience
