Supervise, coordinate restaurant operations during the shift.
Ensure food quality, preparation and maintain food portion as per standards.
Control food cost, wastage and supplies.
Ensure online orders are being prepare on given time, accurately prepared and packed as per instruction to accomplish customer satisfaction and higher rating.
Maintain and control inventory and supply.
Ensure daily temperature and other records are taken and preserved.
Handle and improve instore customer service and complaints.
Ensure sanitization and hygrines are maintained according to public health standard
Train staff in job duties, sanitation, cleanliness and safety procedures to maintain and cleanliness and hygiene as per standard.
Participate in ongoing trainings for new process, recipes and products and train staff accordingly.
All other duties as assigned.
