Responsibilities
Service and support customers & dealer network both in person & over email & phone. Diagnose & complete warranty repairs in the field & shop. Collaborate with R&D in new product testing & current product improvements. Engage in field demos & training sessions both internally 7 externally. Support sales dept. with trade shows & events.
Requirements:
Exceptional verbal & written communication skills. Must be able to adapt to a changing environment.3-5 years experience in a related field. Must hold a valid drivers license. 1A license considered an asset. Knowledge of manufacturing & welding repair processes. Agricultural or heavy equipment experience considered an asset. Practice safe working habits & follow safety policies.
Working Conditions:
Work independently or in a team environment. Hours of work M-F 8:00-4:30. Overtime as required in peak times. Overnight travel will be required. Flexible to meet the needs of the job.
